In her view it’s important to involve both users and ethnographers in the process to get an optimal results.

RoboInsigths is a company that seeks to help small and medium-sized companies who are interested in new technology to embrace it. Another goal of the company is to recognise and encourage women interested in robots and new technology and with a focus on how we can design optimal solutions. They offer events with focus on robotics, AI etc. in a language that everybody can understand.
Marianne talks about the importance of bringing diversity to the table by involving both genders in the designing process to get the best result.
